Applied Research Institute

Philanthropic program since 2019 | Chairs: Board of Governors Jamie Louie, John Nicholas

Asian Hall of Fame’s Applied Research Institute fosters professional development through its national Fellowship program. Last year’s events funded laptops, technical training, and expansion to 58 Fellows engaged from 6-week sprints to extended initiatives in diverse fields such as Asian data analytics and AI venue design. As a Department of State certified sponsor of OPT Visas, the Institute provides international students with valuable work experience after graduation. A notable aspect is the Wong & Fong Family Neurodivergent Fellowship, endowed by Founder Emeritus Karen Wong and David Wong; Letitia, Nate, Remington, Arascena Fong; John Wong, and Hom Family.
