The Initiative intends to reverse deep-rooted generational trauma, influence policy changes, and increase agency support for Asian and Native communities. Many trafficked victims entering U.S. ports are Asian girls, and a wrap-around service coordinating support is urgently needed. Asian Hall of Fame is developing a unique Human Trafficking Rescue Program with its partners to house, feed, and employ rescued survivors.

Lack of data on Asian families experiencing Alzeheimer’s, Dementia & Brain Injury makes it difficult for medical centers to obtain more funding from agencies like National Institutes of Health. Asian Hall of Fame is developing a research protocol to source data and provide metrics, increase education of neurological care, and improve support for health care professionals and Asian families.

Muckleshoot Indian Tribe supported Asian Hall of Fame’s Heritage Preservation Program advancing a multimedia Seattle exhibit of Native American Inductees. This landmark grant was followed by another from the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians to expand the traveling exhibit to Southern California.

Asian Hall of Fame’s Humanitarian Aid program distributed 24,800 medical supplies to hospitals in need, 220 pounds of care packages to Ukraine refugees, and 1,000 sympathy packages to residents who survived the Monterey Park shooting. In partnership with the United Nations Crisis Relief Fund, Asian Hall of Fame also answers global crisis with direct aid, most recently to survivors of Turkey and Japan earthquakes, and families recovering from the Maui wildfire disaster.
